Efka® FA 4672 is a wetting and dispersing additive for reactive resin systems, offering optimal and quick dispersion of fillers, strong viscosity reduction, and compatibility with a wide variety of binder types. Its viscosity-reducing properties make it suitable for high and full solid systems, ensuring quick and optimal dispersion of fillers. Efka® FA 4672 is readily compatible with various binder types, making it suitable for use in 2-component polyurethane (PUR), 2-component epoxy (EP), and unsaturated polyester resins.

Efka® PB 2020 is a defoamer that accelerates defoaming in solvent-based coatings. It eliminates foaming and blistering caused by various factors, such as wood or paper substrates or during pumping, rolling, flooding, or airless spraying. This defoamer is particularly suitable for nitrocellulose lacquers, acid-curable wood finishes, two-pack polyurethane lacquers, and cold-cured epoxy resin systems.

Rheovis® PU 1250 is a polyurethane-based associative thickener, a non-ionic, medium pseudoplastic rheology modifier for water-based coatings. It provides ph-independent thickening, improved flow and gloss, increased hiding power, wash and scrub resistances, and outstanding spatter resistance during roller application. The chemical nature involves polyurethane polymer in water/butyldiglycol.

FoamStar® SI 2280 belongs to a family of products specifically designed as defoamers for water-based coating systems and pigment concentrates. One standout characteristic of these defoamers is their ease of incorporation under low-shear conditions without causing adverse effects on the final paint film. Another notable feature is their high-shear stability, making them exceptionally suitable for use in high-shear processes like grinding, stirring, and pumping. Dispex® Ultra FA 4404 is a partially neutralized chelating agent suitable for use in the manufacture of pigment suspensions, emulsion paints, slurries, etc. It combines the properties of a chelating agent and polyphosphate with those of an organic dispersant, yielding highly concentrated, stable, and low-viscosity inorganic pigment suspensions. Dispex® Ultra FA 4404 is presented in a clear, light-yellow liquid form and can be combined with Dispex® Ultra FA 4480 to achieve stable inorganic pigment pastes.

Efka® RM 1410 is a rheology modifier specifically designed for medium-polarity solvent-based and solvent-free systems.

Efka® RM 1469 is a multifunctional additive designed to serve as a rheology modifier, anti-sagging agent, and thickener. This versatile product is compatible with various polymers and resins, including polyurethanes (PU), acrylics, melamines and melamine formaldehydes (MF), and cellulose acetate butyrate (CAB), along with polyesters. It boasts features such as good shear viscosity and high gloss, making it a valuable addition to formulations where these properties are crucial.

Efka® IO 6783 is a specialized formulation designed as a conductive agent within the chemical family of ammonium salts. Tailored for use in 2K (2-component) coatings, waterborne coatings, solventborne coatings, and solventless/high-solids coatings, this solution is compatible with polyurethanes (PU). Efka® IO 6783 features good anti-static properties and physical drying, providing a unique solution for applications requiring conductivity.

Tinuvin® 622 SF (ED) is a multi-functional additive renowned for its role as an antioxidant, light stabilizer, and stabilizer, belonging to the amine chemical family. Notable for its high molecular weight, it ensures good thermal stability and low volatility and is suitable for applications involving fibers, carpet fiber, and various textile applications. Recognized for its compliance with food contact standards, Tinuvin® 622 SF (ED) stands out with its low migration properties, making it a valuable choice for a range of industrial uses.

Luhydran® S 938 AP is a special OH functional acrylic dispersion suitable for both 1K baking applications with amino resins and for 2K polyurethane coatings. It is compatible with amino resins, isocyanates, and polyurethanes (PU), making it versatile for various coating formulations. This dispersion offers improved hardness, excellent scratch resistance, fast drying, good antiblocking properties, improved chemical resistance, and good hydrolysis resistance. It can be cured using both acid curing and heat cure methods. Compatible with substrates such as wood and metal, Luhydran® S 938 AP is ideal for wood and metal coating applications, including waterborne coatings.

Tinuvin® 5248 is a liquid light stabilizer blend incorporating a triazine-based UV absorber and a basic hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) for coatings, adhesives, and sealants. Formulated to address the high performance and durability needs of exterior solvent-based automotive, industrial, architectural, and decorative coatings, including energy-curable systems (UV, electron beam). Key features and benefits include high thermal stability and photo permanence, containing a basic multipurpose HALS, a UV absorber insensitive to metal ions and amines, preventing the formation of colored complexes, and a synergistic combination providing superior coating protection against gloss reduction, cracking, blistering, delamination, or color change, ensuring comprehensive substrate protection.

Efka® PB 2010 is a highly efficient defoamer designed for solvent-based coatings, particularly high-gloss top coats. Its universal nature allows its use for semi-matte and matte coats with a wide range of solvent-based binders. Silicone-free, it has no negative impact on inter-coat adhesion, making it suitable for primers, sealers, and various solvent-based systems, providing high defoaming performance while maintaining excellent compatibility.

Efka® RM 1920 serves as a rheology modifier for solvent-based systems. It is a particularly finely ground additive used to impart a thixotropic effect to paints, printing inks, and other coatings. This additive effectively prevents sagging of thick films on vertical surfaces while generally improving working and flow properties. It substantially reduces pigment settling. The chemical nature of Efka® RM 1920 involves hydrogenated castor oil.
