Joncryl® 2040 is a synthetic alternative to casein, suitable for use in water-based décor inks. These inks are printed in gravure on a paper substrate and then impregnated in a melamine bath. The printed, impregnated paper is laminated to a hardwood-based substrate. Joncryl® 2040 ensures good penetration of melamine and provides good bleeding resistance during the melamine impregnation step.

1,5-Pentanediol (PDO) is a colorless liquid at room temperature (20°C). It is miscible in water and organic solvents. It is a bifunctional alcohol used in the synthesis of the following products:

• Resins, such as polyurethanes and polyesters
• Polyols, such as polyesters and polycarbonates
• Plasticizers
• Piperidine

VMOX® is a colorless, liquid vinyl monomer known for its excellent application properties and favorable toxicological profile. It is commonly used as a reactive diluent in UV-cured adhesives, offering ease of handling and high copolymerization reactivity with acrylates.

Lupragen® N 201, also known as TEDA (triethylenediamine) in DPG (dipropylene glycol), is a widely utilized gelling catalyst in various applications within the polyurethane industry. It finds application in flexible foam, semi-rigid foam, rigid foam, elastomers, coatings, and CASE systems. SE is the sole producer of TEDA in Europe, ensuring a reliable supply of this catalyst.

Triphenyl Phosphine Pellets serve as a curing agent in various applications, offering features like anti-caking properties, reduced dusting, and improved handling during processing. HDO® 1,6-Hexanediol Flakes is a bifunctional alcohol used in the synthesis of the following products:

Rheovis® PU 1193 is an advanced pseudoplastic polyurethane rheology modifier that outperforms earlier generations. It offers stronger low-shear thickening and ease of use in a wide range of aqueous formulations. This modifier is particularly suitable for aqueous spray applications where excellent sag resistance is required. Unlike conventional thickeners, Rheovis® PU 1193 does not negatively impact gloss or opacity and, due to its non-ionic character, provides excellent water resistance.

Baxxodur® EC 303 is a curing agent primarily used in the epoxy industry. It is based on polyether amine and has a very low pot life. In the cured formulation, Baxxodur® EC 303 provides excellent flexibility and a light color.
