ULTRADUR® shows its strengths wherever high-quality and above all heavy-duty parts are required – for example in the automotive industry, in the electrics and electronic sectors. The range of applications which benefit from these properties of Ultradur® in both industry and everyday life is vast. A feature that is particularly important is the low water absorption and thus the fact that the mechanical and electrical properties are largely independent of the moisture content or the climatic surrounding conditions. Particularly for components that are safety-relevant and have to work reliably for the entire lifetime of a component, Ultradur® is indispensable.

ULTRASON® is especially designed for applications that require high heat resistance ‒ it always keeps stiffness and dimensional stability even when used at very high temperatures. Its extraordinary property profile allows all ULTRASON® grades to be molded into high-quality, highly stressed parts for high-performance applications in a lot of industries.

Ecoflex® is designed for the agriculture & feed and printing & packaging markets. It is used in packaging applications for food & beverage and non-food consumer products.

Ecovio® is designed for markets including agriculture & feed, industrial, and printing & packaging.

ULTRAFORM® can be thermoplastically processed and has a partially crystalline structure with a high degree of crystallization. It is produced by the copolymerization of trioxan and another monomer. It consists of linear chains in which the co-monomers are firmly incorporated in a statistically distributed manner. These co-monomer units account for the high stability of ULTRAFORM® during processing and when exposed to long-term heat and to chemicals. It surpasses by far the resistance of homo-polymeric polyoxymethylene.

ULTRAMID® grades are molding compounds on the basis of PA6, PA66 and various co-polyamides such as PA66/6. The range also includes PA610 and semi-aromatic polyamides such as PA6T/6, PA6T/66, PA6T/6I and PA9T. The molding compounds are available unreinforced, reinforced with glass fibers or minerals and also reinforced with long-glass fibers for special applications. ULTRAMID® is noted for its high mechanical strength, stiffness and thermal stability. In addition, ULTRAMID® offers good toughness at low temperatures, favorable sliding friction behavior and can be processed without any problems.
