Ecovio® 50 P1606 EXP is a ready-to-use coating product boasting a PBAT/PLA alloy polymer composition. This innovative solution is tailored for various processing methods, including thermoforming, extrusion, and injection molding. With features such as good grease resistance, tear resistance, and high melt strength, Ecovio® 50 P1606 EXP stands out as a high-performance coating option. Notably, it is biodegradable, compostable, and migration-resistant, meeting food contact acceptability standards.

Ecovio® F1280 is a PBAT/PLA alloy resin belonging to the Plastics category. With a focus on plastics technologies, this versatile polymer finds applications in agriculture and feed for agricultural films, mulch and fumigation films, and in printing and packaging for food and beverage packaging as well as non-food consumer packaging. Its unique composition combines the benefits of PBAT and PLA, making it an ideal choice for sustainable solutions in various industries. Specifically designed for use in films, Ecovio® F1280 offers environmentally friendly alternatives without compromising on performance, catering to the growing demand for eco-conscious materials in today's market.

Ecovio® F2224 is a biodegradable film and blow molding product partly based on renewable resources. It is primarily a compound of our biodegradable, aliphatic-aromatic copolyester Ecoflex® F and polylactic acid (PLA). Ecovio® F2224 already contains a slip agent, which is required for easy processing on film extrusion and film conversion equipment.

Ecovio® F2332 is a biodegradable film product partly derived from renewable resources. It is primarily composed of our biodegradable, aliphatic-aromatic copolyester Ecoflex® F and polylactic acid (PLA). Ecovio® F2332 includes antiblocking and slip agents, essential for facilitating easy processing on film extrusion and film conversion equipment. Ecoflex® F serves as the continuous phase in the structure of Ecovio® F2332, transferring the beneficial film properties of Ecoflex® F into the final product.

Ecovio® F2341 is one of our biodegradable film products, primarily consisting of our biodegradable, aliphatic-aromatic copolyester Ecoflex® F and a small amount of polylactic acid (PLA). Due to its excellent mechanical strength, Ecovio® F2341 offers significant potential for down gaging, making it suitable for very thin film applications such as T-shirt bags and organic waste bags. Notably, Ecovio® F2341 does not contain slip agents. To achieve the required sliding properties for easy processing on film extrusion and conversion equipment, Ecoflex® slip masterbatches must be used.

Ecovio® F23B1 is one of our biodegradable film products, consisting primarily of our biodegradable, aliphatic-aromatic copolyester Ecoflex® F and a small amount of polylactic acid (PLA). This formulation results in outstanding mechanical strength, providing significant potential for down-gaging in very thin film applications such as T-shirt bags and organic waste bags. Importantly, Ecovio® F23B1 already includes antiblocking and slip agents, essential for facilitating easy processing on film extrusion and film conversion equipment.

Ecovio® M2351 is our biodegradable compound designed for film extrusion, formulated with our biodegradable copolyester Ecoflex® F Blend and polylactic acid (PLA). Known for its exceptional mechanical strength, Ecovio® M2351 offers significant potential for down-gaging in thin agricultural or horticultural film applications such as mulch film, cover film, silage film, and others. Importantly, Ecovio® M2351 already includes antiblocking agents, which are crucial for ensuring easy processing on film extrusion and conversion equipment. Ecoflex® F Blend serves as the continuous phase in the structure of Ecovio® M2351, transferring the beneficial film properties of Ecoflex® F Blend into the new product.

Ecovio® PS1606 (formerly known as Ecovio® FS Paper C1500) is our compostable product designed for paper coating, derived from renewable resources. It represents a specialized grade of our new compostable copolyester, Ecoflex® FS, blended with polylactic acid (PLA). Ecovio® PS1606 contains 75% renewable resources, as certified by ASTM D 6866. In the structure of Ecovio® PS1606, Ecoflex® FS imparts its beneficial properties – high toughness, excellent drawdown, superior welding capabilities, and good adhesion to cellulose. These attributes make Ecovio® PS1606 suitable for extrusion coating applications on paper and board, ensuring both compostability and performance standards.

Ecovio® T2206 is our new biodegradable film product incorporating renewable resources. It is primarily composed of our biodegradable copolyester, Ecoflex® F Blend, and polylactic acid (PLA). With its PLA content, Ecovio® T2206 consists of 60% renewable resources. This product has been developed specifically for the conversion of extruded films using a sheet extrusion line followed by orientation or thermoforming processes. Typical applications include oriented monofilaments and twine for agricultural uses. Ecovio® T2206 is also suitable for thermoforming applications such as cups, trays, and other containers. Furthermore, Ecovio® T2206 is formulated with antiblocking agents to enhance its processing capabilities on extrusion and subsequent processing equipment.

Ecovio® T2308 is a biodegradable cast film product incorporating renewable resources. It is primarily composed of our biodegradable copolyester Ecoflex® and polylactic acid (PLA). The inclusion of Ecoflex® in the compound provides unique properties such as increased impact resistance and favorable processing behavior. These characteristics make Ecovio® T2308 well-suited for various applications requiring biodegradable cast films.
