Absence of

• The Product does not contain any intentionally added: Asbestos, Benzene, Bisphenols, Formaldehyde, Halogenated or Organotin Compounds, Phthalates, Silicone, Siloxane Compounds, Styrene, Toluene, Xylene, Dioxins. BASF does not routinely analyze the Product, nor the raw materials and processing aids used in the manufacturing process for the presence of these substances.
• However, based on knowledge of the manufacturing process and the raw materials and processing aids utilized, it can be stated with a reasonable degree of certainty that these substances should not be present in our Product. However inherent trace levels cannot be excluded (e.g., resulting from loading and unloading operations).

Additives
This Product does not contain any intentionally added additives, including but not limited to inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, stabilizers, processing aids, colorants, flavors or antioxidants.
Allergens
Our product does not contain intentionally added substances as published in Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011:

• Cereals containing gluten, namely: wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their hybridized strains, and products thereof;
• Crustaceans and products thereof;
• Eggs and products thereof;
• Fish and products thereof;
• Peanuts and products thereof;
• Soybeans and products thereof;
• Milk and products thereof (including lactose);
• Nuts, namely: almonds (Amygdalus communis L.), hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), walnuts (Juglans regia), cashews (Anacardium occidentale), pecan nuts (Carya illinoinensis (Wangenh.) K. Koch), Brazil nuts (Bertholletia excelsa), pistachio nuts (Pistacia vera), macadamia or Queensland nuts (Macadamia ternifolia), and products thereof;
• Celery and products thereof;
• Mustard and products thereof;
• Sesame seeds and products thereof;
• Sulfur dioxide and sulphites;
• Lupin and products thereof;
• Molluscs and products thereof

Animal non-Testing Declaration
BASF SE has not performed any animal testing with the Product in order to meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (Regulation on Cosmetic Products). However, animal testing has already been performed with the Product in order to comply with other legal requirements (e.g. Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) and we reserve the right to do so at any time, if necessary or legally required.
Biocides
This Product does not contain any intentionally added biocides. BASF does not routinely analyze the Product nor the raw materials and processing aids used in the manufacturing process for the presence of biocides. However, based on knowledge of the manufacturing process and the raw materials utilized, we do not expect biocides to be found in our Product.
Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE)
The Product is produced solely from synthetic petrochemical raw materials, and no material used during the production process is of bovine or any other animal or plant origin.

Ethylene Oxide Treatment
This product has not been treated with Ethylene Oxide or any other sterilizing agent.
Food Packaging/Contact Declaration
This is a technical product; a declaration of conformity is not available. In the case of food contact applications, the customer must establish from their own testing that the Product is lawful and technically suitable for the manufacture of the food contact material or article. Where necessary, the customer should contact their supplier in order to jointly agree on appropriate specifications for the proposed use.
Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO)
The Product is produced solely from synthetic petrochemical raw materials, and no material used during the production process is of bovine or any other animal or plant origin. In addition, no materials used are genetically modified substances.

Melamine
Melamine is not used in the manufacturing process of this Product. However, this Product has not been tested for melamine.
Microplastics
The Product does not contain intentionally added microplastics.
MOSH / MOAH
The Product does not contain intentionally added mineral oil components: MOSH (Mineral Oil Saturated Hydrocarbons) or MOAH (Mineral Oil Aromatic Hydrocarbons)
BASF does not routinely analyze the Product nor the raw materials for the presence of these compounds. However, based upon knowledge of the manufacturing process and the raw materials utilized, we do not expect these compounds to be found in the final Product.
Nanomaterials

The Product does not contain any intentionally added nanomaterials (compounds) according to the Commission Recommendation of 18 October 2011 on the definition of nanomaterial (2011/696/EU). A uniform scientific basis is not yet available for the definition and quantification of nanomaterials according to 2011/696/EU. BASF does not routinely analyze the Product or the raw materials for the presence of these compounds. However, based upon knowledge of the manufacturing process and the raw materials utilized, we do not consider our Product containing nanomaterials.

Nitrosamines
BASF does not routinely analyze the Product, nor the raw materials and processing aids used in the manufacturing process for the presence of nitrosamines, nitrosamine forming agents, nitrosating agents or nitrites. However, based on knowledge of the manufacturing process and the raw materials and processing aids utilized, it can be stated with a reasonable degree of certainty that these substances should not be present in our Product. However inherent trace levels cannot be excluded (e.g. resulting from cross contamination by loading and unloading operations). When this Product is stored and handled under conditions recommended by BASF the above-mentioned substances are not expected to form.
Ozone Depleting Substances
Ozone depleting substances are not used in the manufacture of this Product and are not intentionally added to it. However, this Product has not been tested for these substances.
Palm Oil and Palm Kernel Oil
Our Product does not contain substances derived from palm oil or palm kernel oil, nor from chemical derivatives of palm oil or palm kernel oil.
Pesticides
This Product does not contain any intentionally added pesticides.

Synthetic Declaration
The Product is produced solely from synthetic petrochemical raw materials. We can confirm that the manufacture of this Product meets the following requirements: The raw materials used are not of animal or of plant origin and contain no animal fat or other animal or plant components.
Transmissible Spongiforme Encephalopathy (TSE)
The Product is produced solely from synthetic petrochemical raw materials, and no material used during the production process is of any animal or plant origin.
VOC
The Product is considered to be a VOC according to the *definition of Council Directive 1999/13/EC of 11 March 1999 on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds due to the use of organic solvents in certain activities and installations, as it has a vapor pressure of 0.07kPA at 20°C (see SDS).
