Sokalan® PA 15 is a performance booster and dispersing ingredient that can be used in dishwashing applications. It prevents the redisposition of suspended soils back onto surfaces with good dispersancy. The product helps to enhance cleaning efficiency and reduce spotting and streaking.

Safety Conditions

We are not aware of any ill effect that can result from using Sokalan® PA 15 for the purpose for which it is intended and from processing it in accordance with current practices. According to the experience that we have gained over many years and other information at our disposal, Sokalan® PA 15 does not exert harmful effects on health, provided it is used properly, due attention is given to the precautions necessary for handling chemicals, and the information and advice given in our Safety Data Sheets are observed.

Storage & Handling

Storage Condition
  1. Sokalan® PA 15 should be stored in a dry place in its original sealed packaging.
  2. It is advisable to tightly seal any opened container if they have only been partly emptied.
  3. The storage temperature must not fall below 0°C.
  4. The storage temperature must not exceed + 40°C and exceed +25°C only for a short period of time. Storage temperatures above 25°C will cause an increase of the color number.
  5. Liquid that has solidified or that shows signs of sedimentation must be heated to 25 - 30°C and homogenized before it is processed. It must be mixed sufficiently prior to use.

Materials:

The following materials can be used for tanks and drums:
a) Stainless steel 1.4306 - AISI 304 L (X2 CrNi 19-11)
b) HDPE - high density polyethylene
c) LDPE - low density polyethylene
d) Glass 

 

Shelf Life: 
Provided it is stored properly and drums are kept tightly sealed, Sokalan® PA 15 has a shelf life of at least 12 months in its original packaging.
