Calculation method for the required amount of active ingredient:
Universal colorants, inorganic pigments 5.0 - 10.0 % active on pigment
Universal colorants, organic pigments 10.0 - 20.0 % active on pigment
Base paints 0.5 - 1.5 % on total base paint
Dispex® Ultra PX 4525 can be incorporated into the mill base or used as a post additive.
- Applications
- Dispex® Ultra PX 4525 is recommended as dispersing and wetting agent for the formulation of VOC-free systems, particularly universal colorants.
- It has specifically been designed to be used in label-free colorants and paints which have to comply with eco-label standards.
- Dispex® Ultra PX 4525 can also be used as a post-additive (compatibilizer) to increase compatibility and color acceptance, especially in water-based and solvent based decorative paints.
