Rheovis® additives encompass a broad portfolio of synthetic rheology modifiers designed for aqueous systems, including non-ionic associative (HEUR / HMPE), anionic associative (HASE) and non-associative anionic (ASE) technologies. Each product class has its own properties and applications to enable formulators to achieve their desired rheology profile with all types of resins. ULTRAMID® grades are molding compounds on the basis of PA6, PA66 and various co-polyamides such as PA66/6. The range also includes PA610 and semi-aromatic polyamides such as PA6T/6, PA6T/66, PA6T/6I and PA9T. The molding compounds are available unreinforced, reinforced with glass fibers or minerals and also reinforced with long-glass fibers for special applications. ULTRAMID® is noted for its high mechanical strength, stiffness and thermal stability. In addition, ULTRAMID® offers good toughness at low temperatures, favorable sliding friction behavior and can be processed without any problems.

Hexamoll® is used across various markets including building & construction, consumer goods, healthcare & pharma, and printing & packaging.

ULTRAFORM® can be thermoplastically processed and has a partially crystalline structure with a high degree of crystallization. It is produced by the copolymerization of trioxan and another monomer. It consists of linear chains in which the co-monomers are firmly incorporated in a statistically distributed manner. These co-monomer units account for the high stability of ULTRAFORM® during processing and when exposed to long-term heat and to chemicals. It surpasses by far the resistance of homo-polymeric polyoxymethylene.
