Emulgade

Emulgade® 1000 NI is a universal, self-emulsifying non-ionic cream base suitable for many skin and hair care applications. It is compatible with anionic and cationic ingredients, and is excellent for creating O/W emulsions containing difficult-to-emulsify actives. This flexible, easy and cost-efficient self-emulsifying O/W cream base is a great choice for formulators.

Emulgade® 165 is a nonionic self-emulsifying cream base for various skin care applications. It is a standard, all-purpose, O/W cream base that is supplied in white to slightly yellow pellets with a characteristic odor. It is particularly useful for hair and scalp care formulations.

Emulgade® A 6 is a non-ionic cream base used to make various O/W emulsions. It consists of cetyl stearyl alcohol with 6 mol EO and stearyl alcohol, and appears as a whitish waxy substance. This cream base can be used for various applications, such as after sun treatments, antiperspirants and deodorants, baby care and cleansing, body care, color care, face care, face cleansing, hair coloring, self-tanning and sun protection.

Emulgade® CM is a liquid emulsion concentration for the preparation of creams and lotions. This product is especially suitable for wet wipes. It is easy to handle and is suitable for simple cold processing to achieve low- to medium-viscous O/W emulsions.

Emulgade® CPE is a natural-based®liquid emulsion concentrate for the preparation of creams and lotions, especially suitable for personal care wet wipe applications. It can be used for the simple cold preparation of most types of o/w emulsions and contains the typical ingredients of cosmetic o/w emulsions.

Emulgade® F is an anionic self-emulsifying cream base for various O/W emulsions, including hair coloring. This product is suitable for low-viscosity systems. Its consistency-giving properties make it suitable for the preparation of cosmetic oil-in-water creams and lotions. It is a white to slightly yellowish product with a faint characteristic odor that is supplied in pellets.

Emulgade® NLB is a well-balanced, robust, nonionic cream base that is suitable for low pH values, low viscosities, and high levels of electrolytes, like in AP/deo roll-ons and O/W lotions. It is supplied in white, colorless, wax-like pellets with a faint, characteristic odor.

Emulgade® PL 68/50 is a very mild cream base having the same lamellar structure found in the skins lipids. Based on alkyl polyglucoside (APG), this emulsifier is perfectly suited for creamy lotions and gels in all skin care applications. In fact, many of the most effective solutions support the skins natural functions. Among consumers, gentle and nature-based skin care products are in demand, as they know that nature knows best. Emulgade® SE-PF is a self-emulsifying base with consistency-giving properties, suited for the preparation of cosmetic and pharmaceutical oil-in-water creams and lotions. It has high emollient flexibility and good electrolyte stability. It is a mixture of consistency-giving factors and nonionic emulsifiers, appearing as white to slightly yellowish pellets with a faint characteristic odor.
